A few weeks ago, the Washington Post's Queen of Classical Music, the thought-provoking and brilliant Anne Midgette, published a great piece about the Tanglewood Learning Institute. This center, which opened this summer, is a new effort by the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Tanglewood Music Center (the summer home of the BSO, and world-class training center for young musicians).
The hope is that this new center at Tanglewood will help to welcome and encourage new classical music audiences by helping introduce them to classical music in an immersive way. Click below to read Anne's great piece about the TLI.
